VP Sales & Customer Success

Our Mission

Leveraging our successful brand acquisition process, we’re building the world’s largest 3D digital twin product database. This enabled us to recently launch DB3D.com, the platform created for interior designers, intended to be the number one source of product visuals in 3D for that profession. This new platform is an instant success, attracting hundreds of top US interior designers, who in turn now attract furnishing brands to our platform, creating more sales opportunities.

Your role

To deliver on our pre-series A growth ambition we are looking for an experienced VP of Sales & Customer Success based in the US to help us build up, organize and develop our commercial team. The role offers a unique chance to independently build up the team, establish processes and work closely with our product and marketing teams while we constantly improve and evolve our proposition.

We have got 10+ enterprise customers including top US furniture brands and a proven product. However, we are still in the early days of our journey and looking for a driven team player to join our leadership team and significantly impact how we do business.

Your responsibilities

  • Understand the market landscape and own the go-to-market strategy
  • Cooperate closely with founders to define priority customer segments, craft the right value proposition and build up the right sales collateral
  • Establish a robust, end to end customer acquisition process as well as customer success management process (i.e. land & expand strategy)
  • Hire and develop customer acquisition and customer success function
  • Own revenue targets and operate within agreed cost budget
  • Develop regular sales reports
  • Provide regular, structured feedback to the product team to ensure they know what our customers have to say, what our competition does in the market, and ensure we respond with the right set of product features
  • Own some of the big deals and close them

About You

  • Based in the US, willing to travel at least 20% of the time
  • An experienced Sales leader with overlap in Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations
  • A track record of success in B2B sales leadership role, which included, hiring and managing a team of at least 5 people
  • Experience in the direct B2B software sales role with proven results
  • Experience selling deals with ARR between $50K-250K
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and grow accounts in time
  • Genuine care about customer success and intellectual curiosity to find the right solution for each customer
  • A good person highly motivated to succeed in fast paced, pre-Series A company with all the excitement of building something new but also the necessary ambiguity, chaos, and hard work
  • Team player with outstanding communication skills, but also not shy to dive into a spreadsheet to do some math
