Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Sales and sales team in various capacities
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes
  • Proactively provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations
  • Conduct market and prospect-based research
  • Develop and enhance existing sales tools
  • Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance sales efficiency
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program
  • Create contracts based on templates and input from the sales team


  • Sales-enablement experience encompassing sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, and research
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with the capability to manage priorities
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides/Docs, paired with exceptional presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot and other CRM tools
  • Excellent English skills
  • Ability to make infrequent travel to the USA
