The post-pandemic tailwinds and the ever-growing role of eCommerce have led to visual commerce solutions experiencing phenomenal growth. To keep up with the market growth, we’re rapidly expanding our commercial & account management capabilities.

We’re currently looking for Head of Growth who will help us to grow our business through experimentation, creating flywheel effects, engaging users, and generally thinking outside of the box. Your role

  • Establishing and leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
  • Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets though growth-hacking methods.
  • Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring experiments effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
  • Provide customer insight by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.

Your responsibilities

  • Define the company’s growth objectives and a plan to achieve them.
  • Coordinate and execute growth projects.
  • Optimise the revenue funnel focusing on flywheel effects.
  • Design and implementing experiments, provide reports and value analysis.
  • Prioritise growth initiatives and product changes.
  • Make sure the right data infrastructure is in place to derive correct answers from user actions and experiments.
  • Ensure consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand.
  • Building win-win relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

About You

  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success. At least 3 years of experience in Growth roles, ideally in SaaS or Software enabled marketplace business.
  • You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
  • You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics) and CRMs (eg. Hubspot).
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
  • You are fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels: Owned, Paid, and Earned media.
  • Based anywhere in the world, willing to travel on occasion.
