We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help our customers maximize the benefits of using our technology. Join us if you enjoy building strong and long-lasting relationships with people.

Your role

  • Supported by the Product Development team & Onboarding team, you will be responsible for handling all day-to-day communication with our existing customers.
  • You will educate our customers by maximizing the benefits of using our services.
  • You will oversee the post-sales customer relationship and be involved in upselling to the customer.
  • You will also be responsible for adding input and insight to product development.

Your responsibilities

  • Help our US-based customers achieve business success with Intiaro
  • Build expertise in your respective areas with your customers
  • Help customers with their inquiries regarding the platform
  • Support Account Executives during the sales process and provide input for proposals if necessary
  • Communicate with people from multiple countries and time zones using various digital communication methods
  • Educate customers on the platform, explain different features and benefits of using them
  • Run presentations and demos for customers and their partners
  • Updating CRM platform data

About You

  • Based in the US, willing to travel at least 20% of the time
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Be able to act as an interface between non-technical customer representatives and Intiaro technical teams (Onboarding and Product Development)
  • Genuine care about customer success and intellectual curiosity to find the right solution for each customer
  • Highly developed organization and problem-solving skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. Ideally in CSM role in SaaS business
