We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help our customers maximize the benefits of using our technology.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Help our US-based customers achieve business success with Intiaro;
  • Work together with Onboarding and Product Development teams to handle all day-to-day communication with our existing customers;
  • Oversee the post-sales customer relationship and own their success plan;
  • Build strong relationships, planning, executing, and identifying potential risks;
  • Build expertise, add insights into product development;
  • Be the voice of the customer – provide feedback to R&D, Marketing, and the Executive team;
  • Help customers with their inquiries regarding the platform;
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop plans for upsells and renewals;
  • Communicate with people from multiple countries and time zones;
  • Educate customers on the platform, explain features and benefits;
  • Increase client retention by conducting regular review calls;
  • Update CRM platform data;

About You

  • Excellent communication skills and empathy – ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Organization and problem-solving skills. You like to get things done proactively.
  • Act as an interface between non-technical customers and technical teams.
  • Genuine care for customers’ success and curiosity to find the right solutions.
  • 2+ years experience in customer success /account management ideally in SaaS.
  • Based in Warsaw, willing to travel (USA, incl. conferences/trade shows).
