Talent Management Business Partner [Poland]

Ever-growing role of eCommerce has led to visual commerce solutions experiencing phenomenal growth. To keep up with the team growth, we’re rapidly expanding our commercial & account management capabilities.

We’re currently looking for a Talent Management Business Partner who is excited about building our team and scaling our culture.  You will own the entire employee experience from sourcing to onboarding and retaining our employees. Empowered by data you will drive our talent and people operations strategy and prepare us for hypergrowth.

Your role and responsibilities

  • You own the entire employee life cycle experience and create an engaging experience at every stage
  • You upgrade our Employer Branding and think outside the box to attract talent
  • You set up a structured recruitment process and ensure a stellar experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • You deliver an onboarding experience that makes new employees feel welcome, equipped and knowledgeable about the company
  • You implement feedback systems and a clear growth structure to keep and develop the team
  • You champion our culture by demonstrating core values and putting them into practice (e.g. onboarding, team events, handbook)
  • You always have the pulse on our team and drive people operations initiatives that booster engagement
  • You handle and improve people operations processes such as payroll, compliance, and legal
  • You measure and refine talent and people processes with KPIs and HR tools

About You

  • You have prior experience (min. 3 years)  in a similar role, preferably in a high growth startup
  • Your colleagues describe your as empathetic, open-minded and a team player
  • You make decisions based on data, experience with HR tools/metrics is a huge plus
  • Full working proficiency in Polish and English
  • Based anywhere in Poland, willing to travel to the Warsaw office.
