About You:

We are looking for a top-performing and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will take ownership of assigned accounts, build relationships with executive stakeholders, and grow the business through a value-driven consultative approach. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.

Top Priorities in the First 6 Months:

  • Get familiar with the furnishings industry and Intiaro's offerings
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts and establish strong relationships with clients
  • Drive business growth with assigned accounts through a consultative approach and problem-solving
  • Take ownership of a strategic region or project at the company for internal knowledge sharing and external communication supporting company goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a “value-obsessed” approach to accounts, with a combination of discovery interviews to understand client priorities, combined with consistent awareness of analytics Establish, and build C-Level relationships at enterprise accounts, engaging key stakeholders across  organization levels and departments
  • Achieve personal upsell quota by identifying opportunities for clients to expand their use of Intiaro's solutions
  • Create strategic and tactical plans for driving utilization of solution that may include user trainings, implementation improvements and sharing of best practices of successful clients
  • Work with Project Managers, Dedicated Integration Specialists, and UX experts to ensure client  ROI is prioritized
  • Travel to the USA 2-3 times a year for 2-4 weeks total to meet with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate internally with the Marketing and Sales team to support client acquisition
  • Log communication and key activities in Hubspot for the purpose of informing business strategy 

Requirements:

  • Excellent English proficiency or bilingual
  • Flexible to work hours required by clients in the USA
  • Experience working with international clients, in particular, direct experience with the USA
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a CSM function, account management, or consulting
  • Experience in quota-carrying positions
  • Strong goal focus and thriving in an "everybody sells" environment
  • Great presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills in corporate environment
  • Strong research and analysis skills and strategic mindset 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of 14,500-18,000 PLN (netto), depending on experience

Location
Hybrid office in Warsaw
The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Warsaw office and should be present in the office three days a week.
Remuneration

14,500-18,000 PLN (+VAT if applicable) depending on experience + commission
