Senior Customer Success Manager (Hybrid)

About You:

  • You work well under pressure and are driven to meet goals
  • You have a knack for building solid relationships and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • You are strategic, analytical, and have a keen eye for detail
  • You appreciate the importance of visual quality and user experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finding and closing business in an assigned space
  • Creating and executing sales plan
  • Demonstrating our product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstrations to meet prospect requirements
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast in Hubspot
  • Managing fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environment

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing (MarTech / AdTech) or Enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven record of sales success
  • 4-6 years minimum of quota-carrying sales experience
  • 3+ years in software or technology sales as an individual contributor
  • Hands-on sales style, including initial demonstrations of the product
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to thrive and adapt to change
  • Strong computer skillsProactive lead management and prospecting
  • Excellent follow-up skills and professionalism
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Travel for the role is expected; approximately 10% or as business demands

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of 11,000-16,000 PLN, depending on experience

Location
Hybrid office in Warsaw
Reasonable daily commuting distance of our Warsaw office and should be present in the office three days a week.
Remuneration

11,000-16,000 PLN (+VAT if applicable)

depending on experience + attractive land and upsell commission
