We are currently looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to support us in managing financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlling and verifying accounting documents, including booking purchase invoices and bank statements in the company’s system
  • Issuing invoices and monitoring receivables.
  • Taking an active part in the full managerial consolidation process of subsidiaries, including period-end closing, reconciliation, and analysis of accounting accounts to ensure accuracy of entries
  • Preparing reports as part of assigned accounting and financial duties
  • Performing daily reconciliation of balances and settlement of accounts
  • Processing payments
  • Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaboration with external accounting: forwarding documents, clarifying discrepancies, and ensuring data completeness.
  • Ensuring the proper circulation of financial documents within the company and order in the records.
  • Cooperating with other departments in the area of client transactions and sales process.
  • Supporting the administration department in controlling business travel expenses and other financial matters.
  • Identifying improvements and implementing process optimisation.
  • Participating in projects related to the automation and transformation of financial processes.
  • Contributing to process improvements and cross-reporting initiatives within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or operational finance.
  • Good English skills (working in an international environment – ​​daily meetings in English).
  • Tech skills (Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools, databases, workflows)
  • Ability to combine accounting accuracy with an analytical approach.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and finding effective solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of accounting basics and VAT/CIT regulations.
