We offer an innovative 3D VCPQ (visual configure price quote) platform that enhances e-commerce capabilities and maximizes ROI. As a growing company, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, innovative environment with a strong commitment to work-life balance.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive our cloud infrastructure optimization, automation, and monitoring improvements. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems while collaborating with development teams to enhance deployment pipelines and support continuous integration.

About You:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, and DynamoDB.
  • Implement AWS Serverless Application Model (AWS SAM) for efficient serverless deployments, managing Lambda functions and other serverless components.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, ensuring automated, repeatable deployments across environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline and improve the build and deployment processes, integrating testing and quality assurance checks into pipelines.
  • Implement and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and orchestrate containers with Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS.
  • Set up and continuously improve monitoring solutions for infrastructure, network, and application performance using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, and Sentry.
  • Implement and maintain Real User Monitoring (RUM) and synthetic monitoring to track application performance and proactively identify issues.
  • Ensure the scalability and resilience of serverless architecture, monitoring key serverless components such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Work closely with software development teams to support code releases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure robust deployment processes, and support teams in debugging and resolving infrastructure or application issues.
  • Participate in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-availability systems in collaboration with development and architecture teams.
  • Implement and manage security best practices across infrastructure, including IAM roles, VPC configurations and automated patching of systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols, conducting regular audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience with AWS: Expertise in managing and optimizing AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, and related services. Familiarity with AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM) is highly desirable.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or AWS CDK.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, AWS ECS or EKS.
  • Monitoring Expertise: Proven experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, and Sentry. Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) and synthetic probes is highly desirable.
  • Database Experience: Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL.
  • Scripting and Development: Proficiency in at least one scripting or development language such as Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript for automation and tooling development.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with developers to debug and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
  • Security Best Practices: Familiarity with cloud security best practices and experience with implementing secure, scalable infrastructure.
