Our newest product, AI Photo Studio, is a freshly released, innovative solution that enables furniture brands to generate high-quality lifestyle and product photography by replacing products in existing photos with photorealistic 3D renders. It represents a new approach to commercial photography, dramatically reducing time, cost, and friction in content creation.AI Photo Studio has already attracted strong interest from leading furniture brands, with multiple proof-of-concept projects and early commercial use cases underway.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented AI Photo Studio Content Specialist to execute customer PoCs and early commercial projects.This role sits at the intersection of customer communication, interior design sensibility, basic 3D workflows, and AI-assisted content generation.

You will work directly with US-based customers, our internal 3D onboarding team, and Intiaro’s AI Photo Studio tools to deliver commercially usable photography content.The role starts part-time (freelance-friendly), with a clear path to a full-time position and future team leadership as the product scales.

Customer Communication & Expectation Management‍

Act as the primary point of contact for AI Photo Studio PoCs and early projects

Understand customer expectations regarding visual style, quality, and commercial use cases (e-commerce, catalogs, ads, configurators)

Define scope, timelines, and success criteria

Translate customer goals into clear execution plans

‍Input Collection & Preparation
Collect and organize customer inputs, including existing lifestyle and product photography, existing 3D assets (if available), and product information such as configurations, finishes, and optionsIdentify missing inputs and proactively guide customers on what is required

‍Coordination with 3D Onboarding Team

‍Work closely with Intiaro’s internal 3D team when new 3D assets need to be created or existing assets need adjustments

Ensure assets are production-ready for AI Photo Studio use

‍AI Photo Studio Content Production

‍Prepare and edit customer input photos so they can be used effectively in AI Photo Studio

Generate new photography content using AI Photo Studio by replacing products in existing scenes

Ensure correct scale, lighting, and visual consistencyIterate quickly based on customer feedback

‍Content Organization & Delivery

‍Organize delivered content in a clear, professional way using structured folders and documentation

Provide a spreadsheet mapping images to products, configurations, and SKUs

Ensure customers can easily understand and commercially use the delivered assets

‍Feedback Loop & Iteration

‍Collect structured customer feedback

Make corrections and refinements as neededIdentify recurring issues and improvement opportunities for tooling, workflows, and customer onboarding

Required Skills & Experience‍

Native-level US English (spoken and written)

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Strong understanding of American interior design aesthetics and furniture products

Proven visual sensibility and “eye” for design (portfolio required)

Experience with product specification, including configurable furniture such as sofas

Basic experience with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp or similar

Hands-on practitioner rather than a senior, sales-focused interior designer

‍Experience with furniture brands or manufacturers

Familiarity with the commercial use of visuals in e-commerce or marketing

Experience with advanced 3D tools such as Blender or 3ds Max
