We’re currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to work with our local software development teams as well as remote third-party integrators and clients (furniture manufacturers).

Your role

Supported by the Product Development team & Customer Onboarding team, you will be responsible for the integrations projects. You’ll work directly with the customers, gather all necessary requirements and define the project scope. You will support our customer management team, as well as the onboarding team creating feasibility studies.

Your responsibilities

  • Gathering requirements from clients and integrators
  • Managing integrations project, building adapters both with our internal development team and external developers
  • Writing documentation and scope of work for integration projects
  • Drive multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish and deliver value to our merchants on time.
  • Manage daily activities of scope management, project, and resource planning, progress tracking, proactive risks and issues management

About You

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Genuine care about customer success and intellectual curiosity to find the right solution for each customer
  • Highly developed organization and problem-solving skills
  • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in an e-commerce environment
  • You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks. You don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • You are analytical, have a problem-solving / entrepreneurial attitude
