Leveraging our successful brand acquisition process, we’re building the world’s largest 3D digital twin product database. This enabled us to recently launch DB3D.com, the platform created for interior designers, intended to be the number one source of product visuals in 3D for that profession. This new platform is an instant success, attracting hundreds of top US interior designers, who in turn now attract furnishing brands to our platform, creating more sales opportunities.

Your role

We are looking for an organized and ambitious individual who likes challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment of customer service to join our Warsaw office.

If you are a person passionate about new technologies, you understand and can clearly explain how various businesses can use it to their benefit, then you just may be the right candidate.

Your responsibilities

  • Help our US based customers achieve business success with Intiaro
  • Educate customers about the benefits of using our software.
  • Work closely with sales team helping close prospect deals.
  • Manage CRM platform
  • Build expertise in your own respective areas with your customers.
  • Add input and insight into product development.
  • Communicate with people from multiple countries and time zones using various digital communication methods.

About You

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, ability to speak American English will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Administration
  • Knowledge of how SaaS platforms operate will be an advantage
  • This position might require late hours shifts (3:00 PM-10:00 PM) and seldom travels to USA
