Ever-growing role of eCommerce has led to visual commerce solutions experiencing phenomenal growth. To keep up with the market growth, we’re rapidly expanding our commercial & account management capabilities.

We’re currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will help us to grow our business through excellent marketing communication,  generating a quality pipeline via digital and evet channels, and generally thinking outside of the box. Your role

  • Create and implement a marketing plan in line with overall business objectives and company OKRs, while striking a balance between strategic brand-building activities, short and mid-term lead generation, and lead nurturing.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales organization to support their targets through outside-of-the-box thinking.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities that build a strong MQL pipeline, iterate on sources and ways of reaching the right audience that converts into paying clients.
  • Take ownership of the Intiaro brand and visual communication across multiple outlets including our own website, social channels, and media.
  • Be an active part of Intiaro management on business planning, target setting, and performance reviews.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing team of full-time and external party top-performers to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including content marketing, performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships.

Your responsibilities

  • Playing a key role in company growth activities.
  • Create an inbound marketing strategy and pipeline concentrating on digital channels.
  • Create brand awareness in Intiaro’s target audience via measurable and actionable goals. 
  • Data-driven analysis of marketing and sales activities performance to support strong company growth.
  • Create top-level marketing and prospecting materials like blogs, sales support materials, press materials, etc.
  • Work alongside our clients and CSM team to create marketing opportunities and showcases of our projects. 
  • Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

About You

  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success. At least 3 years of experience in Senior Marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of creating effective and scalable inbound initiatives preferably in the North American market. 
  • Experience in Content Marketing, Social Media/Viral Marketing and Performance Marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools, Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics), and CRMs (eg. Hubspot).
  • You are fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels: Owned, Paid, and Earned media.
  • You are a revenue-focused Growth Marketer at heart. 
  • Based anywhere in Poland, willing to travel to the Warsaw office.
