Account Executive

The post-pandemic tailwinds and the ever-growing role of eCommerce have led to visual commerce solutions experiencing phenomenal growth. To keep up with the market growth, we’re rapidly expanding our commercial & account management capabilities.

We’re currently looking for an Account Executive who will manage the entire sales cycle, as well as post-sales customer relations for assigned accounts.

Your role

  • You will work with the Intiaro Sales Development Representatives on identifying new customers and prospecting.
  • You will deliver presentations, run solution demos, identify and qualify opportunities and propose the right solutions to customers.
  • Supported by the Customer Success Managers and the Customer Onboarding team, you will deliver proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and drive deals to closure.
  • You will oversee the post-sales customer relationship and be involved in upselling to the customer.

Your responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Account Executive (your Sales Pod leader) on defining your target accounts
  • Work with Sales Development Representatives on prospecting and building your pipeline
  • Identify and understand customer’s business objectives, their current challenges and develop proposals
  • Manage contract negotiations and get deals across the line
  • Strong understanding of Intiaro platform features and ability to demonstrate them
  • Over time you will develop a deep understanding of Intiaro target industries
  • Regular reporting on the pipeline status and ensuring the CRM data is up to date

About You

  • Based in the US, willing to travel at least 20% of the time
  • Experience in the direct B2B software sales role with proven past results
  • Experience selling deals with ARR between $20K-$200K
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and grow accounts in time
  • Genuine care about customer success and intellectual curiosity to find the right solution for each customer
  • Team player with outstanding communication skills
