Your responsibilities

  • Administration:
    • Day-to-day office operations (including ordering office supplies)
    • Taking care of office cleanliness, reporting defects or inconveniences, proposing improvements
    • Taking care of the efficient flow of information within the company
    • Support in the proper circulation and archiving of documents (generating and signing contracts – premises, cleaning company, benefits)
    • Organization of meetings, business trips, and corporate events
    • Maintenance of company newsletter
    • Administrative support of other company departments
    • Contact with office building administration
  • HR:
    • Managing employee time reporting
    • Preparation of contracts and annexes for employees
    • Assistance with recruitment
    • Managing benefits for employees
  • Our requirements:
    • Optimistic disposition and positive mindset
    • Very good command of spoken and written English
    • Ability to draft texts addressed to employees
    • Solution-oriented approach
    • Independence in action and high personal culture
    • Multi-tasking and excellent organization of working time
    • Experience in a similar position – 1 year
    • Good knowledge of Google tools (Gmail, google docs)
